  • 🫖 How many cups of tea do I get per box?

    Each box includes five blends in resealable kraft pouches.

    You’ll get around 40–45 cups total (depending on how strong you brew and whether you re-steep — some blends like Etherveil and Silent Weapon can be steeped twice!).

  • 🚚 How long does it take to arrive?

    Once you place your order, we ship out within 1–2 business days, and most boxes arrive within 3–5 business days if you’re in the U.S.

    You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.

  • 🔁 Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

    Yes, always.

    You can cancel, pause, or skip a month at any time through your customer portal. No hidden fees, no weird rules — we hate those too.

  • 🌿 Is this tea bagged or loose leaf?


    All of our teas are loose leaf, which means better quality and fuller flavor.

    We include a brewing guide in every box to help you get the best taste — and you can add biodegradable tea bags or a reusable metal infuser at checkout if you don’t have one already. (Your first subscription box will come with one reusable metal infuser.)

  • 💡 Can I just buy one box to try it out?

    Yes! You don’t have to subscribe right away.

    Our boxes are limited-run, so if you see one you like, we suggest grabbing it — we only made 40 boxes this cycle. Subscriptions just guarantee you never miss one.

  • 📦 Are you ever gonna make more than 40 boxes?

    Yeah, we’re working on it!

    Right now it’s just the two of us packing everything by hand, so 40 is what we can manage without rushing the process or cutting corners.

    We definitely want to grow and get more boxes out there — just doing it the right way. If you ever see a box you want, don’t wait too long... they really do go fast.

  • 🎁 Do you offer gift boxes or bundles?

    Yes! You can gift a single box, a 3-month subscription, or add a handwritten note and gift wrapping. It’s a great gift for tea lovers, creatives, or anyone who needs a reset ritual.

  • 🤔 What if I don’t like a tea in the box?

    Totally understandable — everyone’s taste is different.

    That’s why we rotate blends often and welcome your feedback. If you really didn’t vibe with a blend, let us know. We might include something extra in your next box 😉

    All of our ingredients are USDA-certified organic and sourced from respected suppliers like Arbor Teas. We hand-measure and package every blend ourselves to keep the quality high and the experience consistent.
